Combine household income must not exceed 10K
1st and 2nd timers are eligible to apply
1st-Timer

  • 30K grant SC/SC, 20K grant SC/PR
  • 95% of units allocated to 1st timer
2nd-Timer
  • No levy for 1st new flat bought directly from HDB
Note: Must not own any private property, shop houses, commercial. Minimum qualifying period is 30 months from property disposal
